Black-hooded Oriole
Orioles are songbirds of Old World forests, woodlands, and gardens, with the females only slightly smaller than the males. The beak is slightly curved and hooked and as long again as the head. The plumage of most species is bright and showy, although the females often have duller plumage than the males do.
The family is Oriolidae
There are 38 species placed in 4 genera
So far I have photographed 9 different species. If I have photographed the female too, I have added a photograph of both sexes.
To make it easier you can find the genus name combined with the species name (visible when displaying the photograph)
